Will Coco Loco products melt or solidify? 

Depending on what item you purchased, some of our products are meant to be kept in a solid state. Others, such as our Body Hydration Oil needs to be kept at room temperature and will not solidify. Change in consistency won’t hurt your products!

How is Coco Loco’s Coconut Oil different form other brands?

We have sourced a coconut oil that will remain liquid at 74 degrees. Most other coconut oils solidify at 76 degrees. A small change can make a BIG difference!

I am allergic to coconuts; can I still use Coco Loco products without adverse effects?

Sorry but unfortunately our brand is not for you. If you are allergic to coconuts, you are most likely allergic to the oil too. 

What about other nuts, such as peanuts?

You are most likely in the clear. However, we do recommend that you speak with a health care provider and review the ingredients with them.

Can I travel with Coco Loco Products? Will they leak?

Check your travel provider’s liquid/product requirements. You may need to check a bag with certain products due to size. Our products are leak free. We have tested it in all sort of travel environments and climate changes. We do recommend that you place the products in a sealed plastic baggy. Any oils that may be on the outside of the packaging could get on other items. Please make sure you have closed all the product lids before packing them in your suitcase or bag.

Does Coco Loco Products offer sun protection?

Coco Loco Products are not tested for sun protection or have any additional SPF added to them. We recommend applying sunscreen in addition to Coco Loco Products.

Do your products contain fragrance?

Our products contain 100% natural coconut fragrance. We use all natural coconut extract. All products can be layered with your normal scent/perfume or be worn on their own.

Do your products contain gluten, sulfates, parabens and phthalates?

We stay away from all the yucky stuff! Our products do not contain gluten, sulfates, parabens and phthalates.

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?

We offer one discount code per purchase. 

Where does Coco Loco ship product to?

We ship within all 50 state in The United States.

What kind of shipping does Coco Loco provide?

For orders shipping within the United States, we have two shipping options: 
Standard (3-8 business days): $4.95 
Expedited (2-3 business days): $9.95

Once I place an order, when will my product ship?

We have a 24-hour shipping window. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or after 12:00 PM CST on Fridays will not ship until the following business day.

What if I notice an address mistake on my order?

If you notice a mistake on your shipping address, please email us at info@cocolocoproducts.com ASAP so we can update your address accordingly. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.

What if my product is damaged?

If your product is defective or damaged, we are more than happy to replace it with the same item. Email us at info@cocolocoproducts.com
