Trifecta Enterprises (collectively, “Coco Loco”, “Coco Loco Products”.  “we,” “us,” “our”) provides this Privacy Policy Statement (“Privacy Statement”) to inform you of our practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of information that you provide to us or that we collect from you through our websites and other online or mobile services, social media applications or advertisements that link to this Privacy Statement (collectively hereinafter, our “Properties”).

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third party products or services on our Sites. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of such linked sites. Nevertheless, we value and seek to protect the integrity of our Sites and welcome any feedback about third party links.

CHILDREN’S GUIDELINES

We do not knowingly collect or store any personally-identifiable information about children under the age of 13.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

Under the California “Shine The Light” law, California residents may opt-out of our disclosure of personally-identifiable information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. As detailed above, you may choose to opt-out of the sharing of your personally-identifiable information with third parties for marketing purposes at any time by e-mailing us at info@cocolocoproducts.com.
